Thank you for using our online payments portal: Touchbase. Our online payments portal is a bit more than a place to make payments - we trust you will find it a key tool when managing your account or your students account.

 

 

As a parent/customer, you will be able to:

        1. Purchase items online
        2. Pay for fines and/or fees online
        3. View, print and save your student/customer ledger
        4. View, print and save your receipts and much more!

    Summer Academy:

    Please sign in to pay Summer Academy registration fees. You should have received sign in information during the registration process.

     


    Parents of Tolleson Union High School District Students:

    To Log in:

    Username:  Your student's student ID

    Password:  Your student's last name (case sensitive - e.g. Smith or Smith Jones if two surnames)

     

    New Guest Users: (If you are a parent of a student wanting to pay fees/fines, there is no need to create a new guest user account. Please see the Parents of Tolleson Union High School District Students instructions above.)

    Once signed in: Select “Shop Items at All Schools”, Select “High Schools”, Select the school you would like to make your contribution to, Select “ECTC”, Select the “ECTC category”

     

    Please Note:

    • Convenience fees apply to some purchases.
    • Refunds are unavailable for paid textbook and library fines.
    • ECTC contributions have no convenience fees.
    • ECTC contributions are nonrefundable.
